Biography
Nick joined Birch Cullimore as
trainee solicitor in 1973, prior to attending The College of
Law Christleton. He qualified in 1977 and returned to Birch
Cullimore where he has remained ever since. Nick became a
Partner in 1982
Originally Nick specialised in private client work and some
litigation (including Family and Employment). For the last
twenty years Nick has dealt with most aspects of Company and
Commercial Property Law - with particular emphasis on
hotels, licensed premises and golf courses, company
acquisitions and disposals and freehold and leasehold retail
and commercial property. Nick was appointed as a senior
partner in 2002.
