The Partners of Birch Cullimore have held the offices of Under Sheriff for both the County of Cheshire and the City of Chester for many years. David Mason is the current Under Sheriff of Cheshire and John Arnold the Under Sheriff for the City of Chester. They are both registered High Court Enforcement Officers. Through them, the firm is associated with High Court Enforcement Limited which is a company formed by a number of registered High Court Enforcement Officers in the North West of England and North Wales for the purpose of providing a service for the enforcement of not only High Court Writs but also County Court Judgments transferred to the High Court for enforcement.
